Hojiblanca
A medium-high fruitiness of green olives with ripe notes of fresh fruit. It opens with distinctive vegetal aromas of artichoke, tomato, apple, and green banana, complemented by hints of wildflowers and aromatic plants such as fennel, spearmint, and blackberry.
On the palate, it is elegant and sweet on entry, reflecting the aromas perceived on the nose. It features a light bitterness and a progressively developing peppery finish that lingers at the back of the throat. It has a medium body and is exceptionally well balanced.
